Whether you are planning a birthday, an office party or a
wedding, you need to get basic information from all guests to
ensure that their needs are met.
Asking guests if they have food allergies or if there are
limitations to what they can eat based on religious beliefs or
health conditions will ensure that your event will be a
successful one.
Don't rely simply on a general head count for your event. Ask
all potential attendees to confirm or R.S.V.P. so that you can
make arrangements based on the party size.
Communicate with the catering manager any questions you may
have about the menu items, the location--whether it is at our
restaurant or at an offsite location.

with events from a group of 10 to several hundred and we are
